In the summer of 2013 the Bay Area After-School All-Stars board announced it was ending its affiliation with the national organization and joining THINK Together, combining forces to provide enhanced benefits to the students and families served in three school districts. THINK Together was formed in 1997 and with this merger will provide expanded learning time and early learning programs to nearly 140,000 students in more than 415 locations and 38 school districts from San Diego to the Bay Area.

Our Team

The Bay Area is served by six full-time staff members, including an executive director, 20 site supervisors and more than 130 part-time program leaders.  We strongly believe in growing our employees and hiring high-quality staff from the communities in which they serve.

Bay Area OST Council

In order to be truly successful, developing partnerships with key community stakeholders is a must. To that end, we have assembled a Bay Area OST Council that will help us to connect with the community, develop a strong local donor base and advise on local issues.
